General Questions
Monthly bookings can be cancelled by giving 30 days notice. To give 30 days notice, contact us at accounts@firstparking.com.au
Once you create your account and complete the booking process you will be asked to assign a registered credit card. This will be used for all your recurring monthly payments.
To confirm, you will receive a booking confirmation email as soon as the booking has been processed with a copy of a tax receipt.
Our monthly billing cycle starts from the 1st day of the month.
Your initial monthly charge is on a pro-rata basis to coincide with our normal monthly billing cycle. Our monthly billing cycle is the 1st day of the month.
We will email your invoice at the end of each month and will debit your registered credit card on the first day of each month.

Our contracts are month by month. All we ask is you give us 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel.
You can sign up for as many spaces as you like if we have availability. Our state-of-the-art technology updates the availability daily to ensure everyone can get a space.
If you are interested multiple spaces or parking for a fleet and there are no bays available, please contact us at sales@firstparking.com.au
When you register for monthly parking, we will ask you for your license plate number. All our car parks have the latest license plate recognition technology. So, once you drive up to the entrance, the boom gate will magically open every time!
In most cases we can give access to the car park on the same day.
When you register for monthly parking, we will ask you for your license plate number. At this time, you can add as many cars as you like.
Just remember our equipment is very smart, it will always allow access to the car park, but will only allow exit for the number of spaces on the account. Don’t panic! If you have more cars than paid spaces in the car park at the same time, the last one to enter will be charged the casual rates when they go to leave.
Sure – the car park is a public car park, so feel free to walk in and see it or why not test it out for a day to ensure you’re happy with it by using our great flat rate parking?
Simple answer – no.
We only charge the monthly fee as advertised, deposits and establishment fee are pretty old school.

We use our merchant’s API and SSL security to transfer credit card details. They are not stored by First Parking, but rather with a tokenised system.

To manage your payment methods, log in to First Parking www.firstparking.com.au from a computer or mobile device and follow the steps below. You can manage your payment methods by going to in the My Account – Settings
Click Change alongside the payment method you would like to change and add the new payment card information to your account.
To manage your contact details, phone number and password, log in to First Parking www.firstparking.com.au from a computer or mobile device and follow the steps below.

To manage your vehicle details, log in to First Parking www.firstparking.com.au from a computer or mobile device and follow the steps below.

You can also add any additional cars to your account
From the sign in page, select “Forgot Password?”, then enter your email address that you registered with and press “Reset Password”
You will receive an email with a link to a webpage that will allow you to enter a new password
Login to your account and select “My Account” in the top right hand section of the website. Then click on “Settings”. In the credit card section, you then click on [change] and follow the prompts to update or add another valid credit card.
To remove your credit card click on [remove] and follow the prompt to remove your credit card.
If you experience issues with entering or exiting the car park, Intercom buttons are located on both the entry and exit stations. Simply press this button and one of our fully trained customer service team members will be able to assist you.
Monthly parking offers regular parking to one or more vehicles to a designated car park.
A monthly fee for unlimited access will be charged to your credit card.

You will receive an email from noreply@firstparking.com.au containing a confirmation button. Click on this button to verify your email. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or speak to your IT administrator.
Once you have logged into your account. Click on the my account section in the top right hand corner and select “Transactions” to show all your parking history.
First parking currently accepts a valid Visa or Mastercards.
Open the menu bar and select my account then settings. Then click on [change] in the password section and follow the prompts.
Your email address is used as the account identifier and therefore cannot be changed without our assistance. Please contact accounts@firstparking.com.au for assistance.
